Community associations exist to provide a framework for the operation and governance of the condo association, cooperative and homeowner association. As in any well managed business, there are complex legal issues that intersect with numerous relationships. Despite the best intentions of association leadership, disagreements arise, especially in the interpretation and enforcement of governing documents. Our litigation team represents community associations and property managers in disputes such as directors’ and officers’ liability claims, wrongful termination, breach of contract cases, covenant and rule enforcement actions and negligence. We have the experience and resources to prosecute and defend your litigation matters in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies in Florida. |
