Today, the recall and election process can be quite convoluted. The attorney’s at Walton Jones and Browne will review your governing documents prior to calling a special meeting to make sure owners have properly petitioned for the recall meeting and it is called in accordance with the document requirements. Our attorney’s will prepare the election rules, procedures, ballots, voting instructions, proxies, notices, opinions on challenges, attendance at elections, annual meetings, special meetings of members, and recalls of the Board.
