From commercial to residential or new construction, we have handled it all. We represent commercial and residential real estate developers in transactions throughout the state of Florida. We advise clients on and negotiate the structure, acquisition, construction, financing, leasing and sale of real estate ventures. These include apartment buildings, single-family residential developments, as well as residential and commercial condominium developments. In addition, we draft the governing documents for planned residential communities, including condominium documents and obtain any required governmental approvals of such documents.

Bankruptcy is a proceeding under federal law whereby you are granted partial or complete relief from the payment of your debts.  This relief is provided in the form of an “automatic stay” issued automatically and immediately upon the filing of the bankruptcy petition which stops all creditor collection activities.  The Bankruptcy Court enters an order at the end of the case relieving you from responsibility for paying certain debts.  This final order is called the "discharge".
