 Trudy Diane Browne practices in the area of Real Estate and Condominium Law. Ms. Browne’s practice currently emphasizes handling conversions of large apartment complexes to the condominium form of ownership and assisting developers in planning, marketing and obtaining State and Federal regulatory approvals for new Condominium projects throughout the State. Ms. Browne also handles the planning and development of mixed-use condominium and commercial condominiums. Partner, Trudy Browne is responsible for managing the firm's representation of real estate developers in matters concerning the acquisition, creation and operation of residential, commercial, hotel and mixed-use condominiums.
Prior to joining Walton, Jones & Browne, Ms. Browne served as the Director of the Condominium Department for Ritter, Zaretsky & Lieber. Ms. Browne is an Adjunct Professor with the Brown Mackie College where she lectures on Legal Research and Writing and Business Law. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, Real Property Section of the Florida Bar and Miami-Dade County Bar Association. Ms. Browne is admitted to practice before the state courts of Florida. Ms. Browne earned her B.S. in communications in 2002 from Florida State University.
